John Lanzafame has been well recognised for his culinary talents. Be it as a member of the 2008 Australian Culinary Olympic Team, the 2005 world pizza champion in New York, the former Executive Chef of Hugo’s Management, Ampersand and The Commissary Kitchen or a restaurateur in his own right.

His passion has seen him succeed in the ever evolving and competitive food industry. John’s love of great, simple food can be seen on his restaurant menus, at his catered functions and in his cooking classes and cook books.
